Barletta Boat Company, LLC

Weve owned our Barletta pontoon for a couple years now. Bought at the end of the season just pre-Covid. Good timing! We were in search for a Bennington; not looking specifically for a Barletta but when we were shown the Barletta, we were delighted w/ its layout & features. We were concerned that they were a young company but thought maybe theyll try harder to make their customers happy! Overall, we are still delighted w/ our purchase. The downside & why they dont earn 5 stars, is the speaker system. It wasnt installed properly at the factory. The dealer sent a guy to correct things given the defective system. It works better but we still get a crackle in the sound, which is disappointing. We are not blasting music, just easy listening. My husband believes the system will never correctly work given it was an overall system installation defect & that the wiring system is the problem that still causes the crackle in the speakers - its better but not what we should be getting from a new boat. The other bad design is the black metal around the boat. It should be a rubber bumper and not metal as the metal corners of the boat will tap a dock or two no matter how good of a boater you are. I consider my husband an excellent boat driver. (Trust me, I critique all honestly - especially the husband). Unfortunately, with the black metal trim, you will always see scratches. I keep a clean boat, so this irks me to no end. Ive used a black sharpie to mend these nick's but really, what were they thinking? So many great features but really dropped the ball on this one. I do wish I was in planning meetings for some of these design discussions AND Id be a great add to the quality control if asked too! Theres one or two other issues weve had since receiving our new boat but Ive said enough and will leave this review out there as is. Happy Pontooning!

I am 200% totally satisfied with the service Craig Baker and his team (George and Taylor) at Barletta boat company provided during my visit. They made sure everything on my 2019 LS25 pontoon was repaired. I had an extremely tight window to repair due to the Labor Day holiday. This team went above and beyond to meet our tough holiday deadline. I will definitely purchase Barletta products in the future Thanks again Bob Jolloff

I can not Believe how happy my wife and I are with the customer service we have received from barletta and our dealer westries marine. They have both gone above and beyond for us thank you for your time and we love our pontoon!!
