    Bought a new one in 2018, many of lights did not work, some still do not, fought with it till warrremty ran out then was not their problem any more. Had to take all apart amd fix myself.

    I purchased a BRAND NEW Triple axle bighorn from them last year. I was so excited. I had traded my paid off Bloomer for this huge mack daddy $108,000 trailer with all the bells and whistles. On the way home from Dixie horse and mule in Alabama we pulled over to sleep because we had to go to our home in SW florida. This is when it all started. The touch screen electric pad wouldn't turn on any lights. We thought no big deal as we were exhausted and we will call them in the morning. The trailer had been in the repair shop at least 10 to 15 times starting from day one from little things like speaker covers falling off all the way to my trailer almost catching on fire not once not twice but 3 times due to the electrical wiring in the walls being loose and sparking. The main in the closet melted, the water tank underneath would never hold water and the trailer had to be hauled to the main factory to be replaced. The slide out cables have broken twice and had to be replaced.. We have missed countless rodeos and roping. This has affected our livelihood and cost us so much time and money. This trailer is not just so poorly made but also because AJ the customer service manager is not helpful at all. The response is always we need to have it repaired. The trailer is 100% a lemon. I have given alternate options like replacing the trailer or returning my down payment and ill give them back the trailer she refuses time and time again. I have sent countless pictures and emails. Well now ladies and gentlemen due to the poorest customer service and piss poor repairs. The shower and mangers have leaked water into the floor, cabinets and walls and there is mold everywhere and she is denying that another option be considered. I have been patient for over a year now. Its time this stops. If you want to buy a trailer and not a nightmare I would NOT recommend Lakota. I am beyond dissatisfiwith this company and the people they employto take care of their customers. BTW Gary and Melissa in Customer Service are wonderful.
