        Energy in this place is usually nice. I had an awful experience that makes me want to continue my ortho journey elsewhere. I waited almost an hour for my appointment after signing in and when they realized Id been there for a while, they told me I needed to reschedule. There was no lets figure it out or let me go talk to someone. I think I wouldnt have cared so much if I wasnt waiting for the appointment for over a month and a half. So I had originally gotten my aligners but they needed to rescan and so Ive just been waiting a long time and had to pause my ortho stuff. This has just been a sucky thing overall.
