Stopped by on our way to our new house in another state last minute, and they were able to give us a room for 2 adults and 5 kids. It was an amazing night's sleep when you've been traveling in a car for more than 12 hours. Very much needed comfort, especially with kids. The employees were really nice to my kids and made sure they felt welcome. In the morning, we had breakfast before we left, and they made sure we knew where things were for our breakfast. This was our best experience with any last-minute stop we've ever had.

The manager obviously does not care about this location. We arrived 2 days after a snow storm and the parking lot still had not been touched. The room "Presidential Suite" wasn't filthy, but you could tell it hadn't been cleaned very well. Unpictured there was a pile of rose pedles under the bed that had just been shoved under there. The bathroom toilet and sink fixture had to be tightened by use to be able to use them. The bedroom portion of the suite had no air flow causing a sleepless night. When confronted with these problems the manager did not care and blamed it on corporate that we could not get a refund. If thats the case this traveler will never stay at another quality inn.
Safety: There is no elevator therefore if you are handicap you have to request ground floor. Praking lot was very dangerous.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was horrible brown water they called coffee and typical waffle maker.
