David called me back within 10 minutes of my call. Came out the next day and determined my sump pump and grinder issues. Secured the necessary parts for installation that day for the next morning. Texted to advise me of arrival time. Cost came in lower than the estimate he provided. Stopped by on short notice to repair ice maker line leak 3 days later. He has my future business! We were a part of the jobs that helped him launch his business!  Lately though, we've emailed and sent text messages requesting his service on at least 3 occasions!  We got no response with either type of contact!  We're aware that he's doing a lot more commercial jobs now which we're assuming is the reason for ignoring us!
