I have now talked to Ed Dungan, and he has now completely refused to help me, I called his buissness on 12/8 and allso on 12/11 and asked for help and he never called me back, so I went to his buisness on 12/12 and he finally called me back and that's when he refused service to me, I have call logs on my phone proving that I made the calls.

I have called Dungans 2 times with a serious heating problem; I have health issues (Heart Attack) and am on total disabiity, the problem is my furnace is smelling up my house with fuel oil smell and it's very strong causing my eyes to water and nose to run and sneeze.

Ed Dungan has made no attempt to contact me and his phone answering lady seemed unconcerned about my problem, so if this causes me other health issues it's all on him.
