Well, we stored our things here for three months. Had to sweep it out before we put our stuff in because it wasn’t clean. A few weeks later I went to put stuff in storage and my lock was changed. I was really frustrated. Called the number and the lady came out while I waited and said she’s sorry, she had them check to see if we’d gotten it all out and they must have changed the lock. Not really sure how THAT happened, since you have to put in WRITTEN notice you’ve vacated the unit, and I didnt do that. A couple months later we get everything out and sweep out the unit. However, we didn’t receive our lock deposit back. It’d been a month so I called and they said they’d look into it. Never heard back. A week later I call and ask again, and she’s says “honey, that’s because you didn’t sweep out the unit,” in a condescending tone. Well, it’s only $25 but we swept out the unit twice, once before we put our stuff in and after, not to mention them changing the lock on us for no reason.
