I took my little sister to an appointment to get a root canal. While Dr Nasser was very good at explaining everything to us and was quick and did a good job on the root canal, his bedside manner is absolutely horrible! My sister suffers from anxiety and has a fear of needles. She was given anti anxiety meds to help keep her calm by her Dr so she really wasnt that bad..all she did was cry a little and Dr Nasser started scolding her saying oh my god stop crying! He asked her why she would make the appointment and drive over an hour to waste his time if she wasnt going to go through with the procedure.! He said he had never encountered something like this and was going to try to remain professional. Every time she showed even a tiny bit of fear he would say stop crying! You need to see a psychiatrist for your anxiety! You have an irrational fear and on and on. So, while I believe he is very good at what he does, we will not be back. There is no reason to berate someone for being afraid. I should have read the reviews before we went, as it appears this kind of behavior happens quite often.
