Chad is a great guy. He walked me through my homes inspection and taught me a ton. I have not had any big surprises or unexpected expenses thanks to Chad. Almost 5 years after moving in I had some questions regarding my plumbing and he not only answered them but refused payment for helping me. I can not recommend Crossroads Home Inspections enough.

My husband Aaron and I just had our future home inspected by Chad and we are very pleased! We needed it done quickly and he got it done 2 days after we called. The price was also reasonable compared to other inspectors. He sent us a extensively detailed report of what needed to be fixed now and what could be saved for later.
