David Zook - State Farm Insurance Agent

Do not do business with these crooks. Bonnie is an evil old woman who has no compassion and refuses to refund towing expenses even though it is a service provided. Can never get a call back from David. This branch commits fraud left and right by adding to premiums with out informing customers. Overall state farm is a good insurance company David Zook and Bonnie are crooks and try to money grub.

See a lot of complaints but people tend to write more when things go wrong. I have been with this office for almost 30 years, so here's my two cents. The bad: hard to get a person to answer the phone so appear to be short staffed. Some of their deductibles are higher than other providers. The good: when you are able to discuss an issue, they are very polite professional and thorough... which is why I haven't left. Have generally been good with coverage but did have to fight one claim denial which has more to do with corporate policy than this local office. That claim was eventually covered... just did not enjoy the fight after paying premiums for so many years. Staying put for now.

I had a positive experience with getting set up for auto, home, and life, and service afterwards with David Zook State Farm.

Filed a flooded basement claim 7/5 and still no call from Zook or anyone from his office to offer any help ... basement is still not put back together because State Farm has not returned my calls, extremely disappointing
