Ben is an amazing agent. He has helped my husband and I with ALL of our insurance needs. Our homeowners and car insurance policies have been trusted with Ben's very capable and reliant team. Communication is easy and convenient via email - always readily available for any questions. Just today, I emailed regarding a cracked windshield, much to my surprise - it is completely covered with NO deductible, already scheduled to be fixed in a few days! Can't recommend Ben enough!

Andrea is great! We were having trouble with my insurance provider processing a claim for my home in a timely manner and communicating with me. She worked with the insurance company through countless emails and phone calls to move this claim along and kept me up to speed at every step. She was essential is this whole process!

RUN FAR FAR AWAY from this insurance company. I used this company for 20 years and wish i switched 19 years ago to a different company. They are too BIG for customer service. Its a cash grab and had major issues like my policy being cancelled due to a billing mistake on their side which left me in a serious and dangerous position which could have made me lose everything I owned. I had to find out on my own, since they are so big they never called me to tell me one of my policies had been canceled. I had to call them and ask the questions. I spend 20k a year on insurance and this was the most dangerous company to use for my asset protection. Main reason writing this is to warn others and because they want to play games with a claim I had on a roof in which they only want to deny certain parts due to their small print. Lack of responses and run arounds with adjusters and agent. If you think this company is here to take your side you are wrong. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF and YOUR ASSESTS AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!
