We switched to T-Mobile several months ago. We are very pleased with the customer service at the Clay Terrance store. Brandon took care of us both times. He's professional and knowledgeable and A Great Person. He welcomed each customers walk into the store with words and smiles! He's very patient and answered all my questions. He did his best to help us every time! I just can't say enough great things about him! Brandon really represents what is a great customer service! Two thumbs high and up! Thank you very much!

Worst mobile service I've EVER had (and I've had MNO and VMNO - AT&T, Verizon, and Xfinity). No service ANYwhere yet they claim to have the largest network. Customer service is an incompetent JOKE. After suffering for almost a year, I switched to Xfinity (great move). I called to cancel my service in October and kept receiving a bill for 2 months after in November and December. I called and had to spend an hour explaining to customer service I was being billed for something I didn't have and had already cancelled. They eventually refunded the money and told me they closed the account. Next month (Jan) another bill and a collection letter arrived. I called customer service and they said my cancellation was marked as future dated for January 10th. This is 3 months later and I'm still being billed. Imagine asking to be paid for 3 months after leaving a job. Stay away from these scumbags.
