The owner Steve was super helpful with determining if we had a mold issue in our basement or not. It is very apparent after talking to Steve that he does things in the best interest of his customers and is very knowledgeable in his field. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Steve showed up on time, very friendly and informative. Our problem was within the scope of us being able to take care of it ourselves and he told us so. He explained in detail how to take care of the problem, telling us precautions to take and products to use. He answered all our questions sincerely. Even explained how mold grows and how to keep it from coming back. I was blown away at the customer service given during a free evaluation. Would highly recommend. Very impressed. We now feel comfortable taking care of the problem ourselves and the information and advice did not cost us anything.

Great people to work with! I had a wonderful experience from the first phone call. The customer service was prompt and courteous. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a costumer for life!

I would highly recommend AdvantaClean of Indianapolis. Steve came to our home to inspect water damage in the basement. He quickly identified what measures would be needed to fix the problem and provided additional suggestions to prevent additional water damage in the future. He was very flexible with timing, efficient, and he and the crew were extremely professional.
