Bill Morgan Roofing and Construction

We thoroughly vetted four different roofing companies prior to making a decision as to who we would choose. We are thrilled with the job the Bill Morgan Roofing and Construction did for us this past week. Rosalee in the office and Daryl Couch were professional, punctual and friendly. The crew worked together like a well oiled machine. They were also very professional and courteous. They took great care with our home. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had a great experience using Bill Morgan Roofing. Darryl came out and gave me professional, no non-sense, honest inspection of my roof. We discussed the shingle options and he sent me an estimate a few days later. The pricing was competitive and the materials listed were high end. BMR is a Master Elite certified installer for GAF so I felt confident the job would be done right. BMR was was able to get to my roof install quicker than any other roofer I had contacted. They showed up on time and finished in one day. Clean up was amazing. Roofing is a messy job and even with the precautions put into place to capture falling debris some ends up on the ground. After the cleanup was completed I found nothing on the ground. Having grandkids I was concerned about nails in the grass so I ran a metal detector of my own over the yard. I didn't find one. The roof looks fantastic. I'm super picky and I found no issues with the install. We've had a few hard rains since and no leaks so the roof is doing its job. If that changes I'll update this review but I don't expect any problems. In addition to the quality of any work, a good experience is worth a lot to me. This was one of the best from start to finish. These fine gentlemen installed my roof in October 2018. New roof decking, ice and water shield, shingles, gutters, the whole 9 yards. They had to do some repairs on the roof of my old porch. These guys are very professional. Excellent materials, and workmanship. They are definitely fast at what they do. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Bill Morgan.

Had chimney repair work done. The guys were there on time in the morning and were there until the job was done. The guys did good work on the repairs, took there time and did it right. They came back a day later a sealed chimney. There are no more leaks!! I recommend them and would use them again in future. His guys are hard workers and Bill is no nonsense straight to the point!
