We had them install a roof over porch they ties.it into our gutters facia and it is nowtiltit away from our roof. Have call 3times and no response. Come and fix your work

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

IT HAS BEEN 521 DAYS SINCE MY PROJECT WAS STARTED, AND BRAD CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT DONE!!

The crew that did the work was sloppy, never on time, and never worked a full day. Something always "came up" as to why they had to leave early...after arriving hours late!

The fit and finish of my windows and doors is just as sloppy. Even after coming back to "fix" the issues, all they did was caulk the fill holes they left behind.
They STILL owe me a storm door that was ordered incorrectly and a sliding screen door for the patio that they lost parts to, making it inoperable...

Communication is a joke. Only one number to call or text, and the voicemail box is always full, and text messages are disregarded! Don't waste your time trying. I have seen the owners truck driving around town more than I ever saw it at my home working on the STILL UNFINISHED WORK HIS CREWS HAVE LEFT BEHIND!

I am not the only one...I am beginning to hear the same issues with other former clients around town!

WHEN IS MY PROJECT GOING TO BE FINISHED?!

Requested quote for patio cover repair, new facia, soffits and gutters. Got the quote, and they said, since they had installed the patio cover, would fix it regardless if they got the other business and would come the following week. Didn't come, after a couple of weeks, had to contact them again, said they would come, still didn't, 3rd time wasn't a charm, still didn't come, fixed it myself. Don't think I want to give them 1/2 down to do the other work.
