They suck an lie..... Tell you one day they be there then lie tell you well guess you better look somewhere else. An there not professional. They get ugly verbal with you to. So. What you think. I'll write a lot of reviews not. Professional.

This individual called on a Sunday. We have not worked for him before. He wanted service on Sunday. The temperatures are in the single digits. He has a pump outside that we believe was frozen. We had other customers that we are trying to get service to. We only have so many day light hours and staff to service everyone. He was told that we would put him on the list and get to him as soon as possible. We said we understood if he wanted to call around and see if he could get someone that day, on a Sunday or sooner. He said he had already been calling around and we were the only one that had answered the phone. He said and I quote, " If you don't come out and give me service I will just write a bad review." Sometimes things work out for the best.

Ive used Barr Plumbing for several years now. They are fast, reliable and efficient. The small crew works hard to accommodate every customer. I always recommend Barr to everyone.

Barr Plumbing is a top notch and very dependable company. Our hot water heater stopped working and they rearranged their schedule to get us up and back running the same day. Russell called and gave us an estimated time of arrival to complete the work. He was very courteous and very efficient and went right to work. Hats off to a very reliable company. When my tankless water heater sprung a leak, I called Barr Plumbing to take a look. After determining that it was not repairable, and along with its age, we determined that it would need replaced. I thought it could limp along for a while, so I suggested waiting until the small leak got worse. Lo and behold, the next morning, we had no hot water. I called again, and they were able to fit me in later that day, replaced my water heater, finished the job and we had hot water before end of business that day. A professional job was completed by Russell. He was very courteous and helpful explaining things. Thank you Barr Plumbing for doing such a great job and for getting to and fixing our issue so quickly.
