Bluegrass Inspections - Indiana's Preferred Home Inspector

Jerry did an inspection on a house we bought and told us personally himself and stated in our report our roof was solid and in great shape. Four months after buying the house our roof was leaking and come to find out it had all kinds of damage and the house needed a new roof something that could of been negotiated out during the buying process but was not due to Jerry stating our roof was solid and in great shape during inspection. Contacted Jerry and he would not help us out or refund us our inspection money considering he lied to us and admitted he was never actually on the roof.

Jerry was incredibly thorough and answered any question I had. You can tell he enjoys what he does and has a plethora of knowledge to back him up. I will always recommend him for home inspections. 10/10 would inspect again.

Jerry was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire home inspection process. He is very friendly and promptly responded to all my requests and questions. He also lined up well and septic specialists quickly and efficiently so the sellers were inconvenienced as little as possible. I recommend Jerry with two thumbs up!
