Jake was highly informative when consulting with us about our options on both our roof and gutter replacement. He was always very friendly and transparent. They were flexible in timing our project as we needed it done quick. Cleanup was impeccable. Can't be anymore pleased with the results than we are!!

After that violent summer storm, there were almost 20 homes near us that had their shingles completely blown off. I called Tri-State Exteriors in Auburn and within 3 hours, I had a crew onsite to help us tarp and get our roof fixed. I cannot say enough positive things about Tri-State Exteriors that does them justice. I knew they were great just from their reputation and reviews I heard from friends and neighbors, but to their credit they far surpassed my very lofty expectations. Doug explained everything to me in the beginning, what to expect from beginning to end. I was never caught off guard by anything. The crew was punctual and professional.
