Go somewhere else!! Not very friendly when you call in. I opened an account literally a week ago, so I called in asking a few questions about my account, and the First Lady was very nice. But she couldn’t answer my question so she transferred me to a lady named Jill. This Jill is not friendly. Attitude all over the place. All I was doing was checking to make sure my direct deposit got split up into 2 acts, bc the lady who set everything up for us told me to call and check in on first deposit. So That’s what I was doing. But this Jill lady, probably going to lose 2 customers. I don’t like being talked to like I’m 2 yrs old, and I definitely don’t like being talked AT with attitude.
