I had picked up some tulips that turned out to be duds. The owner of the Flower Shoppe II was very kind and gave me some replacement flowers that turned out to be very nice. Great to see customer service in a culture where that seems to be fading.

I ordered two bouquets for Mother’s Day to be sent to my mother and grandmother. My mom was surprised and happy to get the flowers, and sent me a picture. They were not arranged nicely, and only contained baby’s breath, daisies, and carnations. For the price I paid, I could have bought her a dozen roses at the grocery store with filler and a vase and arranged them myself. I wanted to support a small business during this difficult time, but would not order from this business again. Additionally, the customer service was poor (unhelpful, unorganized, unfriendly).
