Going to the Verizon store WAS like going to the Dentist...I only go when absolutely necessary. Today changed all that, when Jersey took my phone and our plan and gave them back in a new and improved version! In less than an hour, I had my questioned answered, my phone corrected, our data problems solved AND our bill reduced! Thank you !!!

I have been a Verizon customer for years! I’ve always dreaded having to get a new phone. However, I was excited to see a Verizon store in Delphi, but because of past experiences getting new phones I put off going in. I finally went today and I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had getting a new phone. I cannot recommend this store or Jersey (the gentleman that helped me) enough. He really made the entire transaction seamless and set up my new phone (never had that type of service in Lafayette) and I didn’t lose a single thing from my old phone and was able to use my new phone immediately!! Seriously the best experience ever… I would give 10 stars if I could!
