Sparklight

Sparklight being the only ISP in Delphi for ur residence with the plans and speeds we need for all of our devices has refused to provide us the services they advertise and when we brought up these concerns Sparklight decided to treat us less favorable because of our disabilities. Sparklight has refused to provide reliable services and state they don't have to provide services for disabled individuals and continues to not provide services and want to bill us in full while refusing tech support . A General Manager Raymond Ness has threatened us in Our services after his discrimination and where Raymond Ness has instructed employees to not assist us with tech support to resolve our issues

Worst cable service for an outrageous price!!!

Always having outages. Be out for 2 days now. Can't contact a real person with any phone # that i can find. Seriously thinking about getting Sling Tv. UPDATE I finally got tired of all the outages we get. Cut the cable and started streaming. Love it and at more than half the price. Should have done it years ago.

In the Delphi in area there are 2 internet providers frontier and spark light apart light hands down the fastest and most reliable. With speeds up to one gig vs 22 megs no comparison. Yes speeds vary do to load on the fiber but on it best day the dsl can’t deliver a fraction of the speed or dependability of fiber
