I hired Bob to submit drawings to homeland security for approval on the lighting and plumbing plan. I already did his work for him (project number and applications) he only had to upload accurate drawings. Well he didn't and here I am 3 months later and have been denied my design release 3x. This is important because I needed this for court to be approved on a project I am working on. He also acts like women are inferior and even sit at my table lookn at his eharmony dates and making jokes. I am a single woman and was totally disgusted at this and Bobs demeanor and how he didn't even do his job.. I would never recommend him to anyone.

He was sent to do a foundation inspection for a home refinance. He was very friendly and professional at what he does. And he was able to help me out. I would recommend him for any of your structural needs.

We use Bob for all of our commercial solar panel installations to check whether the roof is strong enough to take the weight. He is very thorough, cost effective and you get a comprehensive report.
I used him to give me an assessment on the house I was buying and his report saved me $5k on the asking price!
