The most ridiculous customer service i have ever experienced. Phones are off the hook, no one in the office, no one to accept payments leaving customers with ZERO options. They cant accept payment but can disconnect your service.

I spoke with Brian at Dupont water, and explained to him that I was one day late, due to the bad weather. He would not grant a one time late fee reversal. He laughed at me on the phone, very unprofessional, obviously low management experience and a poor customer service skill set. I'll report my issue to the Board of Directors, which he stated was his only boss. If anyone has another point person, that information would be helpful.

This is the WORST water company I mean I'm trying to get water for a month now and this lady w ok not call me bak or answer the business phone I mean I'm surprised she still has that job she is rude not friendly at all someone needs to call the better bureau on this place I mean for real. Wat a joke
