We are all hoping you immediately fired the employee that sprayed the elderly business owner with a power washer stream. Regardless of the interaction, that is assault and power washers can cause serious bodily injury. The buck should stop with you as the owner. Do the right thing. And stop threatening people with attorneys instead of correcting the problem. There were plenty of witnesses and the truth is an absolute defense to defamation. I tell every company I work with: "Above all, I value communication and responsiveness when it comes to business etiquette". Steve Byrne and his team provide exceptional levels of courtesy and communication that can only be described as Second to None! I was made aware, up front, of my timeline and pricing and was even given options to help save money! Very few companies will go out of their way to actually get you to spend less money so I saw that as a true measure of professionalism and customer relations. Steve goes out of his way to make you feel like more than just "a customer" you feel like you're actually part of the Byrne family and above all, you feel respected and valued not only as a customer but as a person! Timeliness is also of the utmost. Steve gives realistic timelines and windows of operation. None of that "we'll see you between 1200 and 1600" nonsense! Steve lets you know "We'll be to your residence at 1630" and 15-minutes prior, he's outside, setting up his equipment for a 1630 wash! I can't speak highly enough to this because all-too-often nowadays do companies feel that, if they show up at all, they've done their job. Byrne and his team aren't like that at all. If they give you a time, that's when they'll show up. On the subject of timeliness, Steve's estimates on completion are also bordering on clairvoyance. He predicted, within a margin of minutes, the time it would take to complete my residence wash and that speaks heavily to the decades of experience he brings to the table. He knows what he's doing and his crew are heavily knowledgable in all aspects of what they do in their day-to-day functionings. It's impossible to overstate how important this is, especially in today's busy world where we're all doing eleventy-billion things and trying to fit them all in a day. The TL;DR of this all is: if you need a property washed or you need something cleaned CORRECTLY the FIRST TIME: Call Steve and his team. Anyone else is just wasting your time and you're going to wind up calling Steve Byrne anyway. Do it right, or do it twice. To do it right, call Steve.
