      image Such a great experience! Great customer service, and very knowledgeable. My toddler daughter even left the store with her own (play) ring boxed up just like mine. When I needed something sized or when a diamond fell out, they made sure everything was taken care of.

      image Stay away from the false promises and horrible customer service. We were in town and bought a necklace with a promise it would be ready the next week after getting links removed. Of course we received 3 weeks later and with the links not even put back on the necklace. Now we have to drive back again once it is fixed. Zero sympathy from the person on the phone.
