      image Found an item I wanted to order on their site. Called for a shipping quote for a piece of furniture listed on their website. Was told by Brock that they only like to install the furniture and not ship. I said well why do you have an option to order via the website and it says call for shipping. He said we can ship for $2,500. He was extremely rude. Actual other vendors in the area quoted me $400 to ship. Master tech is a joke

      image made an insurance claim and appointment in Fall Master tech never responded after January as to why work was not done. Finally took their competitor and was done in 2 weeks. Very misleading and complete waste of time.
