Absolutely SCAMMERS!!! My elderly Mother was completely taking advantage of by both of the employees working here. We were told it was “Dish Express”. Oh NO, it’s actually Direct TV and Hughes Net, which is sketchy and very misleading. Both companies were unable to provide the services we were promised. Prices were no where near what was quoted to us!! It was so much more than they told us. They even conned us by offering a $250 Visa gift card, (only if we sign up today) which we NEVER received and a lie! Don’t even waste your time and definitely not your money!!!

Dish express is the worst internet provider that I have ever worked with in my life. Got an internet and cable package, was told it was $90 a month. We thought that was a great price for both services, and then we found out our bill would go up another $55 a month after 3 months and no one told us that. They had told us that we would be getting "premium high speed internet, plenty of internet for 5 people all using it at once". Then when they came to install it, the lady said we would not be getting fast internet and would not be suitable for 5 people. So, we obviously wanted to cancel it, but the cancellation fee was $480 when we just got the internet installed yesterday when they are supposed to have a "24 hour policy". Took many phone calls and complaints for them to waive the cancellation fee and we just cancelled all together but still had to pay a $100 installation fee and a $50 bill for a package that we had for a day. Switched our internet to WOW! Dish express sucks.

Had Directv and Hughes Net hooked up here in Oklahoma through this company😁 have been extremely pleased with the services. They took care of the application process and deposit and then scheduled for both companies to hook up for us. Will be recommending to anyone looking for new services. Thank you 🙌🏼
