    Just bought my second car from them!!!! Truly such a pleasure to buy my cars at Lou Fusz! Everyone inside is helpful and nice and Don was so kind and helpful. He made sure that I was getting the best deal for my car and also made me feel comfortable in my purchase! Most definitely will buy from them again!

    I leased a vehicle from Lou Fusz Kia Evansville at the end of March 2022. I paid for a 36,000 mile maintenance plan. The sales manager (Steve Draper) said I would receive a coupon book in the mail in about 4-8 weeks and to keep it in my glove box for services. Well, after 12 weeks, I never received the coupon book. So I called and he said they would get in contact with the company and have them send it again. (This conversation happened twice!!) Well, I still never got it. So I called again (3rd time) as my first oil change was coming up and I still didnt have the coupon book (6 months have passed). The same manager told me to just tell the service desk its on the way and theyll put it in the system so I did. I got one service in Evansville in September before moving to Colorado. No issues, everything went great. On Dec 23, I took it to my local Colorado Kia dealer for a service and to get a recall fixed. The Colorado Kia dealership calls to tell me my car is ready to pick up but they were not able to verify/charge my maintenance plan. The maintenance company told Colorado Kia that my maintenance plan has been cancelled and they will not explain why- they will only tell the selling dealership the reason and to call them. So, since my maintenance plan was cancelled without ANY heads up to me, I had to pay the $130 out of pocket just to get my car back. (The service manager in Colorado said shes never heard of this happening) I immediately call Evansville Kia and even reached out to the salesman I worked with. Its 2 days before Christmas so I was very patient but called and left voicemails to let them know what was going on. I finally spoke with the sales manager on Jan 2. He was very apologetic and said he has not forgotten about me and is just waiting on an answer from the maintenance company and he would have an answer for me at the end of the week. Fast forward 4 weeks to today, Steve Draper has not returned ANY of my calls since. I have called Evansville Kia MANY times and have left countless voicemails asking for an answer or at the very least a call back with some sort of update. Still no answer. Every time I call to speak with Steve, it goes to voicemail. I leave a message every time. Getting very frustrated this time, I called back and asked to speak with his Boss, David Cates. His phone rang and rang and went back to the front desk lady and she explained David is busy but I can leave a voicemail for stevethe same man Ive left at least 6 unanswered voicemails for this past month. Ive done my best to remain calm and understanding but Ive never in my life received such horrible customer service or lack thereof. I know they dont care about me the second I signed those papers but I think at the very least they need to uphold their end of our legal contract. Guess not. I love my Kia but just cannot recommend this particular dealership. Its the incompetence for me.
