        Paid Dan $1,800 on May 24th, 2021 to file paperwork in two cases. No work done. Began calling him first week of July, still no work done. He ignored several requests for proof of work, no proof provided. Written request sent to his home address, asking for refund, ignored. Dan is a thief. Read the other recent reviews. Check the Indiana Court Records website. On this site search him as a party, not an attorney. You will find he is being sued by past clients and owes tens of thousands in credit card debt and more to other creditors. Conveniently, if you are a victim of his, his home address is also readily available in these public filings. I could easily due like so many others, I have time and money, but I won't. Be wouldn't pay anyway. I am instead contacting the bar associations of Indiana and Kentucky. I suggest other victims of his crimes do the same.
