This place is suffering lately. The food is good and orders are accurate as long as you pick it up yourself. (DoorDash is 0 for 2 in this department.) The girls and guys behind the counter are busting their tails, but they just can't seem to keep up. Maybe some more employees or another location would help.

Listen I love this place, the smoothies are amazing (most of the time) but it is genuinely so ridiculous how three cars can be in front of me at the drive thru and the wait takes nearly half an hour before I get to the window to pick up my order. This is not just a one time thing, its every time. I have to literally plan my day around picking up a smoothie.

Pomegranate Plunge is my favorite smoothie and the peanut butter flat bread is divine . The smoothie portions are great.

This is our 3rd time at this place. The first two times, the smoothies were not blended enough and had a lot of ice in them, which obviously makes it not a smoothie. Today, when we went in to order, we were never acknowledged at any point. I had to check with my child to make sure I and he were actually visible. Everyone cleared the restaurant, yet none of the 4 workers (including the manager), ever acknowledged us. The manager started speaking with the employees, while we continued to wait about how some gentleman should have never had to wait for over 30 minutes A VERY IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE is that while waiting, we saw the male employee (with black hair) rinsed out about 6 clear and 2 orange blenders and just continued reusing them. There are people with PEANUT BUTTER allergies and other foods, so the rinsing out probably wouldnt cut it. I imagine they may keep the peanut blenders separate(hopefully), but the leftovers in the blenders from order-to-order is no good.
