Very poor service. Does not show up half the time,or in the rare instances they do,it is usually late. And for some reason,they never seem to have more than two drivers on the road at any given time. My sister has a chronic condition with her back and neck so she is unable to drive and,unfortunately,must rely on these hacks to get her back and forth to her doctors. Multiple times in the past three months she has missed and/or had to reschedule appointments because they treat medicaid runs as an afterthought. This company has a repeated history of doing this,yet nothing is ever done about it. How,in the name of God,are they allowed to stay in business??
