My sister who is disabled called and asked if they could install a new faucet in her kitchen. At first they said they prefer to install their products but did call back and said they would install but it would be two to three weeks. When she called after waiting three weeks they said it would be two or three days. That never happened. I just wish they could have been honest and if they didn't want to install, just be truthful. They kept on putting her off which I thought was unprofessional.

I called Bettag Plumbing on a Friday afternoon about a toilet issue. The guy said he would call me back the following week regarding a time. A week passed by and I had not heard a thing. I called them the following Friday and a nice lady answered saying he is on lunch and would call me in 10-15 minutes. I NEVER got a phone call back. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Bettag Plumbing if you are having plumbing issues.
