So pleased with the work of this skilled dui lawyer. I had a lot riding on the outcome of the case against me. I hold an executive position and am the breadwinner for 3 children. I would highly, highly recommend Mr. Stark to anyone who is seeking help navigating the complex and intimidating DUI court process. I also can't stress how important it is to contact Mr. Stark as soon as possible after an incident has taken place so that he can begin helping you and your case as soon as possible. Mr. Stark tries to lay out the steps that will be involved as clearly as possible and tries to temper early concerns about the process. He has been straight forward and very responsive to answering questions via email and phone and he will take the time to make sure you understand what is coming next. I have been very satisfied with his service and am confident I hired the right attorney to help in my situation.

Not Guilty Verdict. Mr. Stark tells it straight and knows what he's doing. He took charge of my legal defense when the first lawyer I had told me to take a plea deal he worked out that scared me half to death. The first lawyer had advertising that made me thing he knew what he was doing but once in court I could see I had made a mistake. With Mr. Stark taking my side I felt so much better. The prosecutor all of a sudden gave me a far better deal but Mr. Stark told me he thought that my case could be won. I trusted his advice and was ruled not guilty at a trial that really showed the kind of difference a great lawyer can make. Mr. Stark cost quite a bit more than the first lawyer but I think with good reason.
