Daylight Donuts

Best fresh donuts! Friendly staff. Ordered 8 dozen donuts several times for business and the order was always ready.

They did a great job at addressing my complaint. I sent my children in to purchase a dozen donuts. While choosing the 12 donuts they choose some fancy donuts which are not included in the dozen donuts price. They paid the cashier and returned with the change and donuts in hand. When they gave me the change I asked them how much a dozen donuts cost and where was the rest of my change. After examining the receipt, we saw that they were charged for each donut separately. I called and spoke with the night manager. I told her, no one informed my children that the donuts they were choosing were not included in the dozen pricing. She apologized for the confusion and told me she would give us a free dozen donuts the next time we visited. I then got a call a few days later from someone else apologizing for the confusion and said that they were working on making their signage clearer for all customers. He also said they were working with all their associates to make sure this wouldn't happen again. I appreciate the donuts, but I appreciate the call so much more. It is good to see a business take a customer seriously and look at how their customer service can be improved.

Typical chain donut spot, pretty average donuts. For a while, it was the best option in the area, so I visited them frequently. Fortunately for Fishers, Jack's donunts opened right around the corner.

Their donuts were what you would expect. Daily employees were diligent in making sure the people moved through the line. The reason for the poor overall scores would be from an unfortunate isolated incident where I was informed that a large specialty flavored order for a very important event would be "no problem" from management. The following week when I placed the order (after turning down several other bakeries) I was told by the same management that they would not be able to fill my request. When asked why he immediately pointed at the distributor. I understand distribution and the fact that it either an item is or is not available, but don't tell me that it is available when it isn't. Because the manager would not take ownership of his mistakes my company, my family, nor myself will NOT be doing business with Daylight Donuts.
