The staff at this office are so friendly and know the ins and outs. They do everything that can that is in their control to assist me.

Go elsewhere! Office staff flippant and not helpful. State Farm's claims process is a NIGHTMARE! I would avoid this office and State Farm all together.

Been a policy holder for 7 years. The one time we have a claim no fault of our own, takes 3 years to get a decision and a ridiculously low offer after that. Highly advise finding another agent other than Mike.

Probably the worst experience I have had with insurance next to American Family. I still have not received my check for my cancellation of insurance which has been over 5 weeks now. I also never received any phone calls back when I was told I would get one. All in all Mike and his staff are just very unhelpful and disregard any concerns I had. I didn't feel valued and after I signed on with him for over a year when I would call back in I sometimes felt like a burden with the way the receptionist would answer the phone. I did however appreciate the letter I got either for my birthday or Christmas. They are around the same day so I don't remember the occasion it was for. But that's it.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey in the office. Our home owners insurance company was pulling out of the state entirely so I was on the hunt for a new policy much to my dismay. I had a lot of mistrust when it comes to being covered properly so naturally I come with 1000 questions to which Kelsey had all the right answers to. Kelsey was patient, calm and extremely knowledge about the policy as a whole. Turns out, I was over insured with my last company and when I balked at that initially, she took the time to explain why, what it was I actually needed, what I would be covered under etc. I didn't feel like she was over selling me on coverage and just trying to get my money, she was factual and really listened to what I wanted so that she could assist in putting the right policy together for me and my family. By switching I even SAVED money on my new SF policy. They not only got my business for my home, but my auto and ring as well. Did I mention that I had to get all this done and over to my mortgage company in less than 24 hours before my former policy lapsed? She even worked to get the proofs over to my mortgage company immediately in all this. I cannot say enough good things about this team, especially Kelsey.
