        I want to give a huge "shout out" to your Service Dept & specifically Ron (Honda technician), John Couch & Ryan Sample (Biggs) who went above & beyond all customer service aspects I have ever experienced. My Honda lawnmower refused to start at the end of the season as I was going to run out the gasoline. Oh well, knew I was gonna have you sharpen blades & check everything out before it was time to mow again. You discovered a crack in the block. And amazingly you took it upon yourself to contact Honda. Long story short, Honda covered a new engine & I am good to go this spring. THANK YOU!!
