The people at Concentra were professional in everything that they did. I was satisfied but felt that the entire process took more time than was necessary.

First time I was there it was 2.5 hours 2nd time I waited in lobby 1 hour 15 mins before taken back. I then waited and 30 mins. I was in horrible pain also.
My first visit the Doctor did a couple of things to evaluate me and immediately said you need pt. I ask how you fix what you don't know what is broken. Told her my family physician said I needed a mri and ortho. She agreed to the mri. My first visit was on Friday they scheduled my 2nd visit the following Monday, my case nurse ask me why cause I wouldn't even have my mri done, she told me to call, I did and whoever answered the phone very rude said if you don't so up you will be uncompliant. My case nurse disagreed. I have to drive 50 mins or longer to get there in pain. They don't care about me this I know for a fact.
