Very friendly, helpful, and informative.. I called these guys out to get a quote on some plumbing work but then, the night before they showed up, my sump pump died! So, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to replace my sump pump, clear my slow drains, replace a couple of shutoff valves, and locate our septic tank when all I was expecting was a quote for some work! They showed up on time, were very polite, showed me why my tub was draining so slow, and explained some possible solutions. They also went through all my options for doing the plumbing work I was considering and referred me to a bathroom remodeling professional that could help me too.

Called for a number of repairs, they arrived on time and were only capable of completing 3 of the 4 things as they recommended to us to NOT address the slow drip we have in our master bath tub. We thought that was unusual at first but when they slapped us with a $500 bill for addressing the three (3) items, we suspect it was because they were afraid of hitting us with a huge plumbing bill. Regardless, we did not get everything addressed that we asked for and still ended up paying over $500 for the work that was completed. We now have to find another plumber who can finish the work.

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!
