    I have been living here for a couple of years and it has been great, but I have especially seen a lot of improvement within the last couple of months when the new management team started. In the last couple of months they have really cleaned up the community by painting all of the hallways and common areas, updating all of the amenities, and really enforcing community rules. You can tell the new management team truly cares about their residents and is quick to action. They also host some really fun events!

    Not worth the cost and constant inconveniences. Since JMV took over there have been at least 4 management teams in here while not doing anything to create a luxury living experience. The elevators are constantly broken (this last time for over 2.5 weeks), the garage which they make you pay to park in hasnt been fixed in MONTHS and also caused damages to my car which they are refusing to pay, thermostats do not work properly, pool is constantly dirty and closed many times due to maintenance (or lack there of), the fire alarms go off constantly, locations with damage or not trim and stay that way for weeks, and this is just to name a few. My apartment also shakes so bad it causes doors to shut at night and they have never once tried to check it out. Ive talked to the office and corporate, and they dont claim any responsibility to make of it right. You can find nicer and better accommodations less than a mile down the road and behind this complex.

    I experienced the best residential support today that I have ever received in the 25 years I have been leasing apartments! Dani Hutchens is an OUTSTANDING leasing consultant! Her customer service she gives goes above and beyond! She is always so helpful and positive anytime I call or go in to see her. It is hard to find great customer service and that is an understatement for what she does! If you are looking to rent an apt she needs to be who you ask for! Thanks again, Dani! You are the best!

    This is what you come home to daily- trash cans overflowing, TVs that dont work in the workout room & TVs in the clubhouse not working, coffee machine not working, elevators broke constantly, ice machine in club house not working, residents that are not screened properly that cause trouble & the list goes on. 3 different management teams in 3 years & now on to our 4th. They say luxury living but very far from that. Only thing this place has going for it is the location. Nothing else!!

    Location and apartment is great! love the workers here always nice and helpful. Near my job and easy to get around to other places. Grocery store down the street and lots of restaurants right here to pick from. Recommend to everyone looking to rent that wants a high end place to come home to.
