Arbors of South Towne Square

I wrote my review and it would not post so I included some pictures of vandalism that occurred to the patio door of the unit I lived, and let it be known that I got charged for the door but never knew I was charged until it was one of the trumped up reasons that I got eviction papers for not paying the bill that I knew nothing of. That and some other trumped up things that they thought merited eviction of a 70 yr old lady with no car, in the winter, and knowing that my income is social security retirement in the 3rd of the month, a day after I need to be moved!! Byeee!!!!!

If I could get this please zero I would. I have lived here for almost 10 years and I have had work orders in for about five or six of those years. I keep having to resubmit work orders nothing gets done and I think now we are on the third new owners of the property. There is a lot of bed bug, Roach infestations and mice infestations. There are so many problems with the building itself and the apartments. And I was told by maintenance that their main concern are the empty Apartments not the ones that are currently occupied. Not to mention the elevator breaks down all the time and there is only one elevator. It was down for almost 4 months in 2021. There are people in wheelchairs on the second and third floor who were trapped on those floors, not to mention those who have a hard time walking or are in to bad of Health be able to go down the stairs. I cannot wait to get out of here and hopefully it is soon. All the apartments are 1 bedroom. And there's different sizes of the apartments. I should note that for two buildings there is only one maintenance person and he is severely overworked. The only good thing I can say about it is it is income-based and you do not pay utilities.

I really wish I could give this place a half of star but I cant. This is a mice infested, mold infested & roach motel dump of apartment buildings!! I wouldnt let my dog live here and lord forbid you have nice things by the time the leaks are done your things will be ruined. NOTHING WILL EVER GET FIXED and the property manager gives you her behind to kiss whenever there is a maintenance related issue
