In general, its kinda just... a bank. They do bank stuff. The tellers are all extremely nice and helpful, I've had especially good experiences with Victoria, she's almost enough for making my car payment enjoyable. Almost. It's still a bank in a grocery store.

Wonderful workers. Great customer service. They are efficient and effective. The branch manager is very polite. They are reliable and committed to giving great service.

Apparently this Bank does not do certain things which I find is BS! I tried to deposit a Check and they wouldn't! So thank you so much you stupid Bank for making things so much harder for me! I kinda needed the money today in order to afford my important Medication!

I would rate Fort Financial Bank at any location a 0 or 1/2 because my experience with this bank is Absolutely Horrible. I currently have a vehicle loan through these people and cannot wait to be Finished with them. Im Suppose to be close to 2 years ahead of my vehicle loan but Not according to these people. Whenever I make a big payment this bank keeps making my next due date 2 or 3 months down the road then in the meantime I receive texts reminding me to make a payment (example: I recently made a big payment thinking my next payment wont be until next year but they decided to make my next due date in August of this year along with texting me this morning to make a payment for this month). How many people would I recommend this bank to is ZERO!
