From the scheduling to the clean up my experience with Summers has been wonderful.
Their membership program is NOT too good to be true...the perks are incentives to have put off repairs done. Joshua did my first initial "diagnosis" talked me through every repair I needed and why and it's priority level..
Grant did my repair..they were on time, professional,thorough,and stayed conscious to keep booties on everytime they came in and out.
The quotes were also extremely reasonable compared to prior quotes I had.

We had a sump pump issue that needed some attention. Everything with Summers was as advertised. Our technician Ben was knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He laid out our options and didn't try to sell anything that wasn't needed. He replaced our float apparatus quickly and at the quoted price. Will definitely use Summers again in the future.
