Company is terrible.. I rented with them for 3+ yrs. Always on time too.. found a better place to live "more reasonably priced too", i turned my keys into the office, they got somebody moved in TWO weeks later, yet send me notices to that address that I owe for this that and the other.. overall, I'll admit, it was a place to live. I had to edit this because it was a little harsh on my end.

Great communication! Fast repairs and a good value on the home I have lived in for the past 2 months everyone at the office is very nice and is quick to help with any issues and I am currently doing some projects to make the home even better! (Landscaping, painting, etc..) without issue and approval from the office to make it a better home for me to live in. Only issue I have currently is some leaks from the roof I am a contractor and did an inspection on the roof a determined they have a significant amount of wind damage to the home and am now working with there maintenance team to get it repaired. Would recommend FCH to anyone looking for a great home to live in Fort Wayne. Edit: So after a year of living here I had to drop my review by two stars from a 5 to a 3 and here is why. The roof was never addressed they did send out the maintenance team, however I patched the roof myself because of the leak and was never followed up with which isn’t a terrible thing as it is not my home so if water damage happens it’s not on me. The main issue I am having now is a year later I was mailed and emailed a letter stating I need to call or email to resign the lease for another year and I have called 20+ times and left several voice mails and emailed the provided email and still have not heard back from them. It is now 10+ days after a new lease would need signed and still nothing. Overall my experience has been good, but as the year has gone on the communication has become nonexistent.
