We were just out looking for a car for my parents to use for day to day use. We weren't really intending to purchase. Although we stopped at Hubler Ford Franklin and worked with Luke and found a great car. They worked with us on what we needed out of the car and found a jem. Thank you for making our experience 5 star Luke and Hubler Ford Franklin.

Sales person was less than honest. Took over 3 hours to complete the transaction. No after sale follow up at all. No phone call no email no nothing. I was told and the sign on the window stated Certified Preowned the radio ad stated all Certified Preowned receivers an 120ish point inspection. My current oil life is less than 30%. The entire experience was less than acceptable, but based on the follow up no one at Hubler cares.

The service department was awesome Hanna kept me updated on my vehicle being service the service was great the service manager was very nice and friendly

Hubler had my car for repair for 192 days. It took over four weeks for it to be diagnosed after I dropped it off (I was not informed that it could take this long) and then the additional time was spent trying to obtain parts, etc. However, I received maybe three calls from Hubler during this time and all of those were return calls made after I called to inquire about the status of my car. Hubler did supply a loaner vehicle to me for about four weeks at the end of this 192; however, the Hubler associates refused to work with Ford Warranty Customer Service to assist with setting me up with a rental car provided under my warranty. This is easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. No chance would I ever deal with Hubler Ford again.
