Aaron and Karen couldn’t have been nicer as I finalized the plans for my mother’s service. Karen kept me informed about the progress of the cremation and the needed paperwork. Aaron put us at ease when we met with him, answering all of our questions. The funeral home is nicely decorated and very clean. Lots of parking.

We are just getting started to arrange a burial involving distances and coordination between Seattle, Wa and French Lick, IN. Aaron Brosmer was an incredible help to get us going in the right direction. We look forward to more positive experiences with him and his expertise!

I've been here a couple times and while the services have been beautiful, there's recently been some negatives. Firstly, my Nana spent $12,000 all together for my Grandfather's funeral. At this price, you would think there would be enough seating without any limits on flower arrangements or other gifts. The General Manager of my company called to have a flower arrangement sent as a gift to my Nana, but was told that there wasn't enough room. There were 6 flower arrangements at the funeral... there was plenty of room. He was told it was due to "space because of Covid".... what?? There was plenty of space and Covid restrictions don't apply here. The sign on the building says that the room can only hold 25 people due to Covid which is understandable, so why weren't there 25 chairs? There were 10, maybe 12 chairs. Over half the people were standing until a family member got chairs for them. I understand Covid makes things difficult--I think we all do, but if you allow 25 people, do not make half of those people stand for no reason, and who the hell cares how many flower arrangements there are? My Nana received 6 when who knows how many people tried to send something? Very disappointing.
