    I've been here twice both on gift certificates. I didn't want to review until after both trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt. The first time I went was for a massage. My therapist was great! My time however was short ten minutes. That isn't counting dressing and undressing. The second time was for a microderm facial. Again great job to the lady who did it. I paid $125 -$10 for it being my second time there. The website says $85. Again I was there early as instructed and taken upstairs. I was retrieved at exactly 230 my appointment time. I was dressed and checking out at 326 this doesn't come close to 75 minutes. Barely 45 minutes were spent on my face. I don't mind to pay an inflated price for more time ect. I didn't receive that. When questioning about why the lady at the front desk couldn't give me a real answer only frustrated with me for asking. Also same lady who answers the phone..quite rudely I might add. I spoke with her through a series of 5 different calls on all different days. Rude and snappy EVERY time!!! Also literally lectured me about cancelation policy more than once each time. If this is so important to you that I put a credit card on file then why didn't I receive my full time..either time? Also really terrible to ask me and several other patrons what gratuity I'd like to leave in front of others in the tiny lobby. I wasn't allowed to enter my own tip amount the first time so the second time I gave the lady who did my facial cash tip. The lady at the front desk had me announce this 3 times in the lobby..no I gave the girl a tip!!! It would also be nice to know names. Also would be fantastic if website was updated to reflect the real prices.

    This place is absolutely incredible. Very professional. I was greeted by Janet, who is very sweet, at the front desk. I went in for a massage and I had Rachel. She was very polite, professional and communicated throughout the massage. I will definately be going back!!

    Our group of 6 had the best experience ever at Bliss Spa & Boutique 8/6/21. I call it an experience because it was different then us just going for a massage & facial! The service is top notch as I personally had the sweet owner Megan and super sweet Sam do my massage, facial and eyebrows. We had a charcuterie board and wine delivered from French Lick Winery, which topped off our amazing day! Everything moved so smoothly and it was such a pleasure to be able to support an amazing local business! Keep up the amazing job ladies! Your passion and love for what you do definitely shows! We will be back again! Thank you for caring for us while we were there! Do not wait! Go make your appointment today!! 🍾

    I have never been to a spa before, therefore I did not know what to expect. A group of us went for my daughter's bachelorette party and I'm now a faithful customer. This was some of the best service, if not the best service, I have ever experienced anywhere, from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out! I had a guava body scrub coconut oil cocoon wrap and I've never experienced pampering like this in my life. Ashley was so attentive and professional without losing her charm and comfortable manner. My skin is so soft and relaxed. This is now my request from family and friends for gifts all occasions. Do yourself a solid and get one. You could go to a bar for a couple of hours and spend the same amount or you can discover real enjoyment here.

    Never have had such a poor manicure. For $50 it was not even one star. The young lady had to go up & down a flight of stairs three times to get supplies. Asked for care in removing polish due to thin nail but ended up with two large cracks mid nail below the quick due to scraping. White tip were thick, uneven, and mismatched even after redoing one hand. Nice person but lacked supplies, knowledge and skills
