      image This company seems to have very strict payment policies. They issued my first statement for my balance of $240 on July 15th. I had surgery in Aug and did not pay the bill. They called in Aug and I told them I could not pay at the time. September 20th they sent my account to collections. First time ever I know of a bill going to collections in 2 months, especially a healthcare bill!!! Patients beware!!
