I have Autopay set up through their online payment service InvoiceCloud. Despite the automatic payments going through ON TIME on the due date I've been receiving shut off notices and late fees. Beyond that there's no option on the invoice cloud website to change the date of the automatic payments. Something needs to change. Edit: this is only a problem on the MOBILE version of the website where it doesn't indicate a 3 day payment processing time or allow you to manually set the payment date. Edit again: no actually AutoPay is broken on the desktop version of the website too. you have to manually schedule recurring payments and TURN OFF autopay to get automatic payments to work. This is set up INSANELY bad
