        yes you are so right. just make sure the contract is what it is supposed to be. we learned the hard way too. the longer they are there the worse they get

        Was in over his head on a kitchen job and we had a disagreement. He came into our house without knocking to finish a job and everything he did was intentionally done wrong. We have to redo the work he did that day. Beware. He may be fine for tree work but for kitchens if you want any proof I can send you pictures. They are worth 1000 words.
